    Even though I had a really good time with my friends, standing on this marvelous place watching the show, made me miss my boyfriend, I wish he could have been there to share this moment with me.Celebrating Christmas in Brussels, the heart of Europe, is a magical experience. It was so special standing in the middle and just looking around, being impressed by all the lights and music that were perfectly arranged together. The absolute highlight is, when it gets dark, the light and sound animation which lights up the whole place and its surrounding buildings. It goes from the ”Marché au Poissons” to the Grand-Place so for all those who didn’t get the holiday feeling walking past the little chalets,the turning wheel and the ice rink (which for me is impossible, but who knows) will undoubtedly find it when entering the Grand-Place. It’s simply stunning! There is this huge Christmas tree in the center, lit up with a million tiny lights and next to it is a Christmas crib with real sheep in it. The traditional Christmas market was our destination yesterday evening.
